What means getting credits "upfront" with an annual subscription?
When you subscribe for an annual plan, you will receive the total amount of credits for the year at once.
Do I keep my credits once I cancel my subscription?
Not all of them. You will keep 100% of the credits from the current billing period (prorated based on the credits already used in the same period).
Credits that rolled over from previous billing period will be invalidated.
The credits that you keep are updated as Free credits.
Can I buy more than one credit package?
Yes, you can accumulate bundles. Pay-as-you-go credits never expired.
You can get a subscription and on top of it add a credit package if needed.
What happens if I run out of credit?
Yes, you can still access the application but some features are disabled.
